10" 1-sided Dubplate, not sure of title or year but it's definitely Photek. Sound clip here:

In G+ to VG condition. There are hairlines and some light scratches, some of which cause a slight click. The worst bits I have included in the audio clip to give you a true example of what you're getting. It doesn't jump and plays right through.
