Did some research on this one and it appears to be a 1967 sealed stereo copy of the  "The Beatles Second Album" with a second-issue cover and first-issue vinyl.
1. A number "6" on the back cover indicating that it was pressed at the Los Angeles Plant.
2. While the record is sealed, the Shrink is split about 4" at the jacket opening. You can make out the particular colored inner sleeve which  is from 1967. I included a picture of this inner sleeve that I downloaded from the internet.    3. Three breathe (air) holes noted on the shrink wrap (two on the front side, one in the back).
4. Omits the line “to be played only with a stereo cartridge and needle to avoid damage”, indicating a second press cover.
Note: "The Beatles' Second Album", is one of the rarest titles to find still sealed, particularly the stereo issue. Stereo copies of Beatles albums manufactured prior to 1967 are significantly rarer than their mono counterparts.

GRADING GUIDELINES
Vinyl NM (Near Mint): This is the highest grade I give. The record is like new, possibly un-played. EX: A record that has a few visual imperfections that will have little affect on the sound.  Likely played only a few times.  VG+: A few more surface marks than an EX record. The record has been played, but was well  taken care of and should play with very few audible imperfections. VG: The record will display light surface scuffs and marks. Expect some light surface noise in parts,  or a few clicks or pops here and there. A VG record will play with very minimal noise, but will still be quite enjoyable. VG-: The record may have some deeper audible scratches. There will be some clicks and pops, more  consistently than that of a VG record but record will play without skipping. G: The record will have heavy wear, deep scratches and very apparent surface noise, clicks or pops.
Cover NM: The cover looks brand new EX: Artwork is close to brand new. May be a hint of ring wear. Some slight creases to the corners,  but no seam splits or writing on the cover or taped repairs. VG+: There is some minor ring wear, but no ink-wear! A virtually cover but it may have small writing on it.  The artwork looks clean with slightly more aging. There may be some minor wear to the seams or spine. VG: Covers will look worn, used. There may be some seam splitting. There will be some ring wear where  the ink has begun to wear off. There may be some writing on the cover (No Large letters in magic-marker).  VG-: Cover will have seam splits (possibly taped repaired, but only with scotch tape. No duct tape or  masking tape repairs. May have magic-marker writing on the. Some artwork will still be noticed G: In essence, the cover will look virtually trashed.
