Interesting as Discogs lists the Japanese letters, and the translators I used say it's either OMNIPOTENT or "Almighty null euphoria eye drowning finger suspension"
The vinyl is glossy with no visible marks, sounds great, NEAR MINT. The cover has some minor surface, edge and corner wear, NM. The OBI strip is here and intact as well!
