The Legendary Sha Rock & Lisa Lee live from Stevenson High School in the Bronx from 1981 with Jazzy Jay on the wheels. Revitalised and remastered by Jorun Bombay, first time on vinyl from a rare tape recording. Jorun really worked some magic on this one.
On the flip side is "3 Extra Minutes of Funk." A special edit of the break used on the Sha Rock & Lisa Lee side [ 7 Minutes of Funk Whole Darn Family ] but with a difference... Jorun has isolated the drums from the original break and added live instrumentation for a game changing break edit. Crucial. <<<
Limited run of 300 retail copies not to be repressed. Supplied in RTDT Records sleeve with Sha Rock and Lisa Lee stamp stickers - canceled "my heroes on stamps" rotd... So cool.
