The label is black with colour band around it. Without "subsidiary" rim text. Revised label, lists the full title A2 "With A Little Help From My Friends".
'STEREO' Text has slightly different style lettering than other 1967 release.
'MFD by Capitol Records Inc.....' text around the bottom rim begins at 8 O'clock position rather than 9 O'clock position

The cover is made out of thick cardboard. The cover also has a yellow "Stereo" line on the top.
Includes one sided Cut Out Insert made from paper. UK insert is made from card
