JIMMY SMITH “At The Organ” RVG, P, DG, Blue Note 1551 Mono Vinyl This is FIRST edition, 1957, “RVG” etched, Laminated Jacket, P pressing of JIMMY SMITH’s “Jimmy Smith At The Organ” on the Deep Groove labels "47 West 63rd New York 23” of Blue Note BLP 1551. VINYL plays well, with consistent very low level surface noise, aka static. Ensemble sections are dynamic and clear. No Skips. No distortion. Good gloss. One long feelable mark on Side 1 that ticks throughout entire side, but the tick is quiet, not intrusive, but it does sound. Otherwise, a few non feelable hairline marks. The Dep Groove “47 West 63rd New York 23” labels are clean with spindle marks.  See photos. PLEASE NOTE: The description of this LP is LITERAL.
