This is the RVG etched, Deep Groove, "P" pressing of HORACE SILVER QUINTET's "6 Pieces of Silver" on the "New York”  labels of Blue Note BLP 1539.   Musicians include Horace Silver – piano, Donald Byrd – trumpet (tracks 1, 3-6 & 8-10), Hank Mobley – tenor saxophone (tracks 1, 3-6 & 8), Junior Cook – tenor saxophone (tracks 9 & 10), Doug Watkins – bass, Gene Taylor – bass, Louis Hayes – drums, Bill Henderson – vocals (track 10).

VINYL plays very well with occasional pops or ticks. Plays great overall. No Skips. No locked grooves. A few non-feelable hairline marks. Good gloss.  The Deep Groove "New York” labels are clean.  See photos.

COVER is in very good shape, Corners worn. Seams and show cracking and wear but no splits. “BLUE NOTE RECORDS, 47 West 63rd St., New York 23" back jacket is clean. Please see photos.
