JACKIE MCLEAN “Swing Swang Swingin’” FIRST PRESSING Blue Note 4024 Mono Vinyl AUTOGRAPHED This is the 1959, First Pressing, Deep Groove, Laminated Cover, “RVG” stamped, P pressing of JACKIE MCLEAN “Swing Swang Swingin’” on the DEEP GROOVE “47 West 63rd” labels of Blue Note BLP 4024. VINYL plays well, with consistent light surface noise, with pops and ticks. But as with all early Blue Note pressings, surface imperfections don’t significantly detract from the brilliantly recorded music. Ensemble sections are very dynamic and clear. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Very Good gloss. Handful of hairline marks. Clean and shiny surface. The Deep Groove “47 West 63rd” labels are clean. See photos. LAMINATED COVER is in Good shape, corners worn. Spine and seams taped end to end. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" back jacket shows stains, and AUTOGRAPHS OF Jackie McLean, Monk Montgomery and Hampton Hawes. Please see photos. PLEASE NOTE: The description of this LP is LITERAL. If you are expecting a mint, NM, OR super clean LP, DO NOT BID ON THIS RECORD. If YOU ARE NEW TO VINYL, do NOT expect a MINT, CLEAN LP. STARTING PRICE REFLECTS CONDITION. “Surface noise, pops and ticks” EQUALS the as noted level of surface noise, pop and ticks. THANKS!! This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC AUDIO DESK SYSTEME VINYL PRO CLEANER. Media Mail available in the US. Insurance Recommended to cover any possible damage. PAYPAL ONLY. PAYPAL PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN THREE DAYS OF AUCTION'S CLOSE OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. No returns.
