4. We are not responsible for any miss-deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your eBay/Paypal account and an email will be sent to the email address on file with eBay.

6. Please make sure that your shipping address and email address on file are up to date and valid.

Returns

1.  All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt. Full s are granted for damaged/defective items. Non damaged items (ie. if the buyer changed their minds about the purchase) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned by the buyer in the original packaging including any paperwork, instruction manuals, etc. The buyer is also liable for the cost of return shipping.
