Contains Weird Al's song, "Like A Surgeon".
Picture disc and sleeve appear to be in great condition.  The sticker on the front of the sleeve is dirty (see pictures).  I've personally never attempted to play or listen to this record.  I received it as a gift many years ago (close to 20) and it has sat in storage ever since.  If you'd like any additional pictures taken, please let me know.
