500 copies were sold in bundles through Swedish online retailers, like Hot Stuff and Bengans, with the Popestar EP on vinyl and Meliora Redux 2CD. In addition, the bundle from Bengans also included the Meliora picture disc at the same price as Hot Stuff

"Square Hammer" - Square Shaped 7" vinyl, B-side: "He Is", 1000 copies (one run only), 500 sold in Sweden, 500 will be sold on tour.
