J Dilla‘s estate pay tribute to the sorely missed hip-hop beatmaker with a 7.5″-tall vinyl toy made in collaboration with Stüssy. Conceived and rendered by Detroit artist Sintex, designed and sculpted by Seoul-based toy artist P2PL, and with Stüssy’s logo officially licensed, the figurine comes with a removable hat, chain and MPC sampler, and is limited to just 2,000 pieces.
This has been stored in a box in storage that was very nice and dry.
