I acquire my items at estate sales & through donations and unless otherwise stated should be expected in good vintage condition. These items are not new, have been used, and probably in storage for an extended period of time. I do not know the histories of each item, but do my best to research them. I do not know if they were exposed to smoke or pets. I do not clean items, you will receive them as I found them. All items are described to the best of my ability, including any flaws.  I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

We focus on behavior modifications and are dedicated to consistency, structure, and direction in our homes.  We are located in the heart of the Verde Valley Cottonwood, Arizona.We do not ship on weekends.
