I usually add comments relating to the amount and degree of scuffs and scratches,wear and often play grading    If I detect a warp I will add to the description

My ebay handling time is set at 5 business days which does not include weekends.Most items are shipped out within several days.Sometimes it can take longer if I am out of town buying or have a lot of mail to process

after I print the shipping label a tracking number will be uploaded to ebay and an automated e-mail sent out

If satisfied with the record leave positive feedback and it will be returned

International first class mail may take 5 days to over a month to arrive

International Insurance claims can be filed after 45 days up to 60 days

Domestic claims can be filed after 21 days 

A signed statement will be required by the buyer
