Japanese LP in flipback cover (English lyrics on the back cover).

DISC: EX+ (beautiful looking vinyl - clean, just a couple of very faint hairlines; clean labels with very few spindle trails.)
COVER: Very Good + (very decent, clean cover; has a 2-inch spine split, a smaller one on the bottom edge and a little wear in top right corner.)
