Records are removed from their covers. Cover and sleeved record are placed in a quality plastic outer sleeve.  All records are packed between two sturdy corrugated cardboard flats and sealed tight in a corrugated box.  Media mail delivery from PR to US normally takes 2 to 3 weeks. It is very reliable and the most cost efficient delivery option. Tracking updates may not be available continuously or every day.  Delivery times by the USPS may vary.  If you would like a faster delivery option, please let me know and we will verify the cost for you. Media Mail: $4, +$1 each additional LP.

Grading system

Near Mint (NM): Record/Cover is still factory flawless and shows no visible signs of actual use but may have slight visual imperfections such as paper cuffs from record sleeve, hairline marks, etc. These imperfections, while visual, will not affect sound quality.

Excellent (EX): Record/Cover will show more signs of handling and use but the audio will still be powerful with virtually no detectable noise outside of the recorded sounds.

Very Good + (VG+): Record will show some visible surface wear, superficial scratches and scuffs, but minimal impact on the sound quality. Vinyl will have good luster; labels may have minor imperfections but otherwise clean. Cover may have a seam split or ring wear, corner wear, shelf wear or writing, but not all of the above.

Very Good (VG): Record/Cover will show visual signs of use and will likely include scratches, scuffs, etc.  The audio can and quite possibly will reflect these signs of use, including the possibility of occasional pops and/or clicks. Record will show heavier surface wear and surface noise from play, but still not overpower the music. The cover starts to look worn or discolored, but the artwork is still attractive.

Very Good - (VG-): Record will show some heavy scratches, heavy wear, dullness or distracting surface noise yet doesn’t overpower the listening experience. Cover starts to be less attractive with large splits, wear on art, heavy ring wear or tape repairs.

Good (G): Record/Cover will show heavy signs of use, including more pronounced scratches and scuffs. These scratches and other signs of use will certainly affect sound quality, and the record will almost certainly include pops, clicks, and may even possibly jump on at least one occasion.
