Blind Blake had a short recording career 1926-32 but his style of playing inspired Reverend Gary Davis, Ry Cooder,  Ralph McTell and many others and he was covered by Bob Dylan, you can read more background here .
This is from my father's record collection, all records were bought in the early to late 60s and stored in a box. This record was issued in 1959 and bought, by mail order, from legendary Peter Russell's Hot Record Store in Plymouth.
There's my father's signature on the back of sleeve and one side of record label and a couple of ridges in the coating on the cover but apart from that it's in excellent condition for a 50+ year old record. Sorry I don't have a working record player so can't check how it plays, but having examined it under daylight the vinyl is glossy and black and looks free of any scratches and marks.
Any questions, just ask.
