Japanese LP with Japanese insert (contains English lyrics) and obi.

DISC: near-mint (visual grading. Beautiful looking vinyl - clean, no marks; clean labels with almost no spindle trails.)
COVER: EX (very decent, clean cover: just one faint crease on the bottom edge)
INSERT: very minor creasing; one small stain at the bottom of one side
OBI: tiny tear (about 3mm) on bottom edge, left side
