We do not accept returns, however if you are purchasing vinyl and are not happy with your purchase, please send to us photographs for inspection and contact us first before leaving a negative review, so we can compare. We are always open to communication.

If it is seen that a refund should be given, we will provide only a part refund. This is only if you can prove that you feel the purchase was oversold.

All vinyl is carefully recorded with detailed photographs and is inspected again before shipping. This saves us from buyer abuse which sadly happens too often with purchases of vinyl online.
