Ralph Emory Show with Guest Bob Luman 1971 Studio Session Recordings

This is a Vintage Set of 1971 studio session recordings of the Ralph Emory Show with guest Bob Luman. Produced by Show Biz, Inc of  Nashville, TN, this 5 record set was sent to Country Music stations around the country and originally broadcast the week of October 18 to October 22, 1971, show episodes 1135 - 1139. 

These records come with the original playlist timesheet that tells you the time when songs and the built in commercials will be played during the record.

Each platter looks like there was some handling by the DJs in the station, and they probably do need to be cleaned. These were not manufactured for retail sale, but for single use broadcasting and possibly “promotional giveaways”.  Therefore, they were manufactured to laxer quality standards and could have built in minor defects on some weekly sets.  We believe they were stored “as is” in a cardboard box from the broadcast date until we acquired them. We have not tried to play these as we no longer own a record changer and don’t want to possibly damage the records. 

As a vintage piece of American musical history that is becoming increasingly rare, this would be a great buy for Country Music fans or collectors.
