Postage

I aim to post all items within 24 hours of payment being processed apart from Sunday’s and bank holidays. I will always pack using a stiffening and if you buy vinyl I will supply a free plastic sleeve (unless the record itself is too big to fit... or as I’m blonde and human we do make mistakes and do rarely forget!)

UK

All items that are not on auction are free post within the UK

If item is under £20 I will it via 2nd mail

Over £20 will be sent 2nd class signed for

Weighing over 2kg goes via 48 hour tracked and signed parcel force

Outside the uk

I use global shipping to send parcels outside the uk, I get many messages asking why is it so expensive...

So here is my answer... firstly if I get a taxi to town that will cost me at least £8, if I buy a drink and a snack that’s another £5! so I consider that if it costs £15 to send a parcel half way around the world then that’s a pretty good price really, especially when it’s tracked and and insured for any loss or damage. But that’s just my point of view.

If you would like to purchase more than one item, please add all your item to the basket, even if on a auction (message me to let me know your bidding on more than one item and will pay once finished)and pay for them all at the same time, global shipping will combine postage and save you money.

Condition

Most of the items I sell are new, I do also sell 2nd hand items as everyone likes a bargain and 2nd hand vinyl.....

All cds and Promotional cds are new or in near mint/ mint condition unless otherwise stated. The cases on them however might have scratches on them due to storage or being moved about, the inserts might not be perfect but I make sure all the discs I sell are in near mint /mint condition.

Vinyl is always mint or as new unless other stated, I do sometimes buy items with sleeve or shrink wrap damage but I will always supply photos of any damaged.

There has been the odd occasion where I’ve had rare vinyl that has not been in the best of conditions, in cases like this I will take loads of photos and explain damage , marks, sleeve condition in the description at the top of the page.
