With 4-page Japanese insert, cutouts sheet and obi.

DISC: EX (several spindle trails on the labels, so it has been played, but no noticeable marks on the vinyl.)
COVER: VG+ (small ding in top right corner, minor edge wear, has some staining along the top front edges and in the center)
OBI: no wear at all and clean (was stored separately from the cover)
INSERT: very lightly handled; JP insert has a little faint staining on the back page; cutouts sheet has a little faint staining on the back
