Unique Australian only Blue 12" Picture Sleeve

The standard B side was How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore, however the Australian 12" has Let’s Pretend Were Married as its B side

The song lyrics are on the reverse of the sleeve, only the Australian version was released like this
