I acquired this as a preorder purchased from Gaslight Anthem's official Merch page. They bundled liner notes autographed by the band for the first 500 orders. It has never been opened and has been stored in the shipping box it arrived in. It is a double picture disc and I believe it is the same graphic as the cover but I can't say for sure because I never opened it.
