CONDITION

VINYL LP:  MINT  / EX to EX+

Vinyl LP Side 1 is MINT, Side 2 is EX to EX+ just a small hazy area not affecting play otherwise really superb, 

this LP has never been played & is in fantastic shape

Labels are both MINT & perfect

SLEEVE:   EX+ to Near MINT

Sleeve is EX+ to Near MINT, has 100% perfect seams with no seam splits at all, in really magnificent condition
