This is the "Left Over" #148 pressing of Nirvana 'Love Buzz' 45, or at least a facsimile of it(?)
The labels and matrix numbers have all been scribbled out, as seen in the pictures. (There is also ball-point pen scribbling on the labels which is harder to see in the pics).
The pic-cover looks like a photocopy(?). Looks like small pen marks where it says 148
Vinyl is VG+ (conservatively graded). Very strong player. There is a 'Made in the U.K.' sticker on one of the labels. This is the Love Buzz side.
I bought this at a yard sale about 15 years ago. This one is out of my lane I have to admit, so please send me any questions you may have
