Vinyl is near mint with clean labels. Picture sleeve is VG. Remains fully intact. Small half inch tear at top on "HEY JOE" side. Two very small tears at bottom, both are clean. NO tape or writing or splits. General handling wear.
Will ship in high quality poly sleeve. 45 and sleeve separated with 45 having it's own paper sleeve. Cardboard backer for maximum protection.
