Vinyl Condition: EX+ / EX

Deep center groove, clean shine.  A couple of surface marks and light surface streaks on side 1. A couple of surface marks, a couple of small scuffs on track 3, on side 2.  Very minor spindle wear on side 1 label, little to no spindle wear on side 2 label.  Some slight background surface noise during quieter tracks, otherwise both sides play very well.

Cover Condition: EX+

Still in shrink.  Light wear on top corners, small tear in shrink and small hole punch in upper left corner.  Original Motown sleeve has small crease in bottom corner, fully intact.

(S) Sealed – Record is still sealed, presumed mint.

(NM) Near Mint – Vinyl shows no obvious signs of wear.  Cover has no creases, punch holes, or bargain clips.

(EX+) Excellent Plus Vinyl looks clean but has a few paper sleeve scuffs or a faint visual mark under high beamed light.  Cover shows a very minor amount of wear.

(EX) Excellent – Vinyl has light paper scuffs or visual marks, may play with a light amount of surface noise at the beginning.  Cover has minor defaults that are explained in detail, may have hole-punch or bargain clip.

(VG+) Very Good Plus – Vinyl has light scratches and inaudible visual marks.  There may be a slight warp or a few pops and light surface noise.  Cover has a moderate amount of wear, corners may be worn, short seam splits, name written, or light ringwear.

(VG) Very Good Vinyl has scratches and visual marks, nothing that can be felt, with a moderate amount of surface noise.  Cover has typical amount of wear with creases, split seams, wear at corners, marks, stickers, ringwear.

(VG-) Very Good Minus – Vinyl has scratches and visual marks, some that can be felt.  Plays with surface noise with some ticks and pops, may skip once.  Cover shows heavy wear, may have many marks or long seam splits.

(G) Good – Vinyl has many scratches that can be felt, visual marks, and lots of surface noise and ticks and pops, may skip.  Cover shows lots of wear with rips and marks, is barely intact.

33rpm Albums:

~ Each order is packaged by putting the LP into a plastic inner sleeve. 

The LP, original sleeve, and jacket are separated from each other and placed inside of a plastic outer sleeve.

For double albums, the LPs are placed behind and in front of the jacket and placed inside of a plastic outer sleeve. 

The order is then secured between two cardboard stiffeners covered with bubble wrap in a cardboard record mailer with taped corners for safe delivery.

45rpm Singles:

~ The single and the sleeve are each put into separate 7” inch plastic sleeves before being secured between two 7” inch cardboard stiffeners covered with bubble wrap in a 7” inch cardboard record mailer with taped corners for safe delivery.
