Overall Condition is Very Good (Visual grading under direct light - unplayed in over 25 years):
The vinyl is in Very Good condition - visible general overall surface scuffs and hairlines (visible in photos).
The cover sleeve is in Very Good condition - corner bumps and bends (mostly lower right); light impression/ring wear from vinyl; writing impression where previous price sticker - all visible in photos. No split seams or tears.

All have been stored in clear plastic sleeves in a box in a cupboard unplayed for the last 20-30 years. Non-smoking household.
