Here is Once Upon a Time-The Singles by Siouxsie and the Banshees from PVC Records. Album# PVC 8906. Outer sleeve is in good shape, no splits. Inner sleeve is original, lyrics and photos on side. Record is in very good condition with very little wear and no scratches and sound tested well. Each album is visually inspected and at least a couple tracks from each side are sound tested.
