The items listed new with tags are unopened BRAND NEW!  -these are store items that were unsold and unopened.
The items listed as 'Open box items' are open packaging but are still Brand new! -these items are in excellent as new condition just open by a previous customer -each of these items have been tested and are working -these items will have damage boxes and are resealed but this will benefit you the customer because you will get a great product and a competitive lower price    The items listed as PREOWNED or 'USED' are used item previously worn.  -this means it shows signs of faded color, stains or scratches.
-we only sell items that are still workable and still in good condition
  
If any of our items have a damage, we will post pictures on the gallery make sure you do look.

SHIPPING/HANDLING -Handling can take up to 3 days to PACKAGE -"Estimated time" given by ebay is not the ACTUAL day your item will be delivered it just an ESTIMATE -Confirmation will be given for both of our securities
-You will have until 4 days to make a payment when item closes
-Item will be re-listed after the fourth day if no payment is received
USPS We deliver with USPS and the post office makes mistakes on scanning or late delivery.  Please understand we try our hardest to deliver your item the fast way, but it can sometimes have a late delivery.
-Remember Holidays the post office gets really busy and can have a backup on their packages
BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY  8am-4pm Thursday FRIDAY from 8am-NOON. (pacific time) -DO NOT WORK ON ANY HOLIDAYS

RETURNS
-If buyer RETURNS item you will be responsible for shipping and only the purchase price will be refunded              (this does not include shipping) -Make sure to read description carefully before purchasing for style and size
