    ~VinTage~ 1982 - 1983 ~The Greatest Jazz Recordings Of All Time (Franklin Mint Record Society)~Only Available by Subscription~ Absolute Complete Set (collection) of 100 Red Virgin Vinyl LP's (1200 individual recordings / tracks) ~4 LP's per Box / 25 separate Boxes of various Artists, Themes & Jazz Music (vocals & instrumentals)~ Collection comes w/ the Original (custom designed for this collection) Solid Cherry Wood Record Cabinet & All the Original Paperwork received pertaining to & during the subscription, ie. Biography booklets w/ Bio's & Black & White photos. 2 Index booklets of numbered tracks & artists (w/ dates originally recorded), Signed & dated Letters from the Franklin Mint & Various Artists / Jazz Authorities, Varied Brochures & Cards (dated) w/ offerings of other promotions, etc.~ Collection was compiled (for the Franklin Mint) by: Dan Morgenstern (director of the Institute of Jazz Studies, Rutgers University, Newark NJ. (New Jersey) ~Each LP weighs approx. 160 grams of Red Virgin Vinyl~ Quality Pressings of Very Well Done selections of Tracks & Artists (recorded by: Polygram Special Projects, Polygram Records Inc. USA)~ Original cost of Completed subscription / collection was approx. $1075 (that's approx. $3600 in today's money) ~ ExCellent condition throughout showing only some (minor) wear / cosmetic issues on a few of the Album Boxes, No issues or damage to the Cabinet (see photos.)~ Unfortunately, I have Not been able to listen to or test these Albums (turntable needs a new belt) BuT, I have read 'several' online professional audiophile reviews of these recordings & they All agree that they are Quality Pressings that are 'Dead Flat & Quiet' ~ I have also carefully, visually inspected all 100 LP's~ They show Very Little (if any) signs of actually being played or used at all~ I found only 5 or 6 (small) scratches worth mentioning ~ Cabinet measures: approx. 15 1/4" Tall, Top of Cabinet measures: approx, 24 1/2" Wide (long),  14 1/2" Deep (front to back) ~Estimated weight for Albums & Cabinet is approx. 85 pounds ???~~ Very Nice Jazz Recording's LP Collection / Set ~Payment also accepted upon Pickup~ (any questions please don't hesitate to ask) ~~
