Sleeve/Records: VERY GOOD/NEAR MINT/NEAR MINT CONDITION (*Plays FINE/EXCELLENT+)
Clean presentable sleeve, some light partial edge wear on top/bottom and heavy print rub on spine edge.
Light partial record sleeve ring wear evident and small record insert edge knocks/mild light creases.
Middle gatefold sleeve shows browned cello tape residue on bottom left hand side.
Sleeve displays no rips/tears, no seem splits, and no creases, graded VERY GOOD condition.
Original inner sleeves, lightly browned with age and mild cosmetic corner creasing, no rips and no seem splits.
Inners grade VERY GOOD+/VERY GOOD+ condition.
 
All labels are clean throughout, all playing surfaces retain the full original glossy sheen.
All surfaces have no immediate visible surface scuffs/marks, some odd tiny minor/negligible fine line scuffs under light.
Records grades NEAR MINT/NEAR MINT visually.
 
*Record plays FINE/EXCELLENT+ on both sides, emits a clean sound throughout.
Has no loud/audible background crackles/clicks.
