Picture sleeve and record are in wonderful condition. Plays extremely well. A beautiful record indeed. The picture sleeve has very slight ring wear on the "I'm Leavin'" side only...at the microphone area. The other side has no ring wear. The edges are perfect. The record is in exceptional condition. One side "I'm Leavin'". The other side "Heart Of Rome".
