Great, Classic, Americana Blues Rock Promo record from Asylum! Foreign Affairs is the Lp by Tom Waits. It came out in 1977. I'm starting it at a low minimum bid and no reserve. The cover is a strong VG++, with no writing, cut-out marks or split seams. It does have a promo sticker on the front. The vinyl is a super strong VG++.
