I am not experienced with rating records, but I would say this is near mint for the sleeve and the vinyl. The record has only one defect which is a couple of very light scratches visible on one side. It would not affect sound, but I am mentioning it to be as accurate as possible with my description. Other than that, everything with the jacket, sleeve and record looks excellent. I will ship promptly after receiving payment.
