Vinyl: looks EX, with a few superficial marks
Sleeve: MINT!!! Outstanding copy! NO WEAR TO EDGES, NO RUBBING TO FRONT/REAR - The best I've seen.
Audio:  1. WHISKY WOMEN - very slight background crackle on initial run in (pre-song), song audio is superb and plays as MINT 2. ANGEL OF EIGHTH AVENUE - slight background crackle and faint ticks over initial intro, settles down just after vocal starts, an occasional faint tick here and there, plays as EX 3. WRONG SIDE OF THE RIVER - very slight background crackle over initial intro, very quickly disappears, rest of song plays great, just a few faint ticks on fade out, EX+ 4. WATERLOW - faintest background crackle over quieter parts (barely noticeable), some peak level distortion on louder vocals, generally plays as EX 5. LAY DOWN - plays as MINT for all but the very end of the fade out which has a few audible ticks
1. IT MUST BE LOVE -  a few very faint ticks just audible during first few seconds, very quickly disappear, a couple of faint pops mid way through, rest plays as EX+ 2. ORIGINAL MIXED-UP KID - Faintest background crackle during initial intro, occasionally audible on quieter sections here and thereabout very faint, not at all intrusive, plays as EX 3. HOME IS WHERE I WANT TO BE - faintest hint of crackle on quietest sections, a few very faint background ticks, again barely noticeable, plays as EX 4. KEEP A KNOCKIN' - a couple of faint ticks on first couple of seconds, very quickly covered by loud song audio, rest plays as EX+ (odd possible tick here and there, sounds like it was a live 'click' as it's in time with music).
