I bought this when it came out in 1969. The LP is clean, with a fingerprint on one edge and a small (not deep) scratch in one spot. I would rate it VG to VG plus. The cover has some storage wear, but is decent. Again VG to VG+ (judge from the pictures). Original slipcase. I have been selling my large lifetime record collection (1500) as I am having to relocate. I was always careful with my records, so this should play decently.
