PLAY-TESTED NEAR MINT. A nice listen!
The rare insert is Near Mint, as well.
The gatefold cover has no seam splits, holes punched, former owner names, or other flaws of note, but is graded VG++ due to a bit of age fading and some minor rubbing at the base of the spine (please see the images). Strictly graded!
No musty odor or water stains or anything like that, and we're a non-smoking home.
Album is flat and square, no warping.
Top copy, unless you find one still sealed.
Been selling vinyl since 1977, first via Goldmine and since 1999 on eBay.
