E - Excellent - playing surface looks new but may contain a few light scratches or rubs that do not affect play

V - Very Good - playing surface retains most of it’s glossy luster and will have more than a few scratches, some audible distortion may be heard but record is a good player

G - Good - playing surface is mostly or all grey. Many scratches are present and distortion is like through the entire playing surface. Record plays through entirely

P - Poor - Record likely does not play through, distortion is very bad. Record should be considered a collectible only.
