This is Joy Division's "She's Lost Control / Atmosphere" EP released in the US in 1980 by Factory Records (FACUS 2). It is a 12" 45 RPM. The vinyl is in very good clean condition. The cover has age spots and some yellowing. Please see the photos for details.
I just learned that "She's Lost Control" was inspired by a young woman who had epilepsy that Ian Curtis had worked with to help find a job. She unfortunately ended up dying. Strangely enough, Ian Curtis himself developed epilepsy while in Joy Division. May he R.I.P.
