Condition Looks
EX/VG+

Description
Some hairline marks that
can be seen under artificial lighting.
Some light crackle can be heard in places and one small scratch on track 3,
side 4, causes noticeable distortion for about half of the track. Rest of the
three records play mostly very nicely.
Signs of ageing and corners of lid are split in what is otherwise a very
solid box.
Original coloured lyric inner sleeves included though all 3 are split along
the edges (see images).

Further information:
I am selling some records from my personal collection. They have all been cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S MKII - Professional Vinyl Record Cleaning Machine with L?Art Du Son cleaning liquid.
I have played all records right through using a Michell Syncro turntable/Ortofon Bronze cartridge and have done my best to provide an honest grading. Please review the photographs provided which should support my grading.
As most used records will come with hairline marks, often only visible under strong artificial lighting, this should not affect the sound quality. For each record I have provided a ?visual? grading along with a ?sound? grading to emphasise this.
I also provide a description of each record to identify where there is noticeable crackle/pops or any warping. All records sold should provide a good listening experience and where this is not possible I have donated my records to local charity shops. I am fastidious when it comes to my own purchases and know the disappointment of an overly ambitious grading so have done my best to avoid this. Having said that, grading is very subjective, and if the buyer disagrees with my description I will accept returns at buyer expense for a full refund including original postage costs.
Please note: I am aware of the various scams that plague the buying/selling of vinyl records and keep all photos. I will not refund for any record returned that is not the original sent out.
For information, I have used the Record Collector Grading System as below:
(source: ):
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
Fine Tuning...
As is the custom, these grades are fine-tuned with a plus (+) or minus (-).
Please note "VG" or "VG+" will NOT match with the same US grading, (see EX/EX+ for a more accurate grading).
I will post all records using LP mailers along with packaging tape and will separate the LP from the sleeve when packing to prevent any damage to the sleeve in transit.
Purchase more than one record and save on postage costs as below; (please see my other listings).
Let me know if you are looking to purchase more than one record and I will provide an invoice for final payment.
