This is new. The shrink wrap is split at the opening where the records go in. Shrink wrap also split on the back. The records have never been removed, the shrink wrap is just split open. One of the corners of the inner sleeves is dog-eared. One sleeve has a 1/2" split and another spot is worn and almost split. I've lowered the price to reflect this.
