As the address seems to be an important piece of the puzzle when collecting
Blue Note, this one is from 45 West 61st Street. The label was by
then already part of Liberty. My best estimate of time of release is 1966.
Though neither the sleeve
nor the label indicates so, this is Vol.2 in the series of 3.
