Country: Released: Genre: Style: ,  This is a reissue, although (First double album pressing with Track: Disgustipated), of the  single disc album in colored or clear vinyl released in 1993 designed for  promo.
This one comes with printed inner sleeves and a parental advisory "EXPLICIT LYRICS" sticker on the front of the vinyl jacket.

Also exists 1999 reissue  with parental advisory "EXPLICIT CONTENT" sticker. So to differentiate the 2xLP pressings of Undertow:

1996, ’97, and ’99 reissues all use the exact same covers / outer sleeve, but the ’96 and ’97 have an "Explicit Lyrics" parental advisory sticker, versus the ’99’s “Explicit Content” sticker. All later reissues (2006–) have the Tool Dissectional and Volcano logos on the back cover, to the right of the barcode, replacing the small Zoo logo.

Inside, the '96 and '97 have printed "Zoo" labels with skeleton artwork, versus plain white Tool Dissectional / Volcano labels on the '99–.

The ’96 differs from the '97 as it is the only release with printed inner sleeves.
