Collections must take place within 14 days (unless agreed) or the item will be relisted.

We only use eBay global shipping for posting outside of the UK.

We offer free local collection service from our Distribution Centre which is open 

Monday to Friday between 9am - 4:00pm.

Collection from one of our shops can be arranged but may incur a charge.  

Delivery will require 2 working days for this service.

If you would like to collect your item, please let us know and allow 24 hours after the auction ends.

We are always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases.  Upon winning an item please send an email stating that you are wanting to combine.  We will make a note against your item/s and await your request to raise an invoice for the revised amount.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only combine 10 items or less and on purchases made within the last 28 days - which ever happens first.
