Overall Condition is Excellent (Visual grading under direct light - unplayed in over 20 years - original owner copy):
The vinyl is in Excellent to Near Mint condition - some very light small surface scuffs only visible under hard light (that wouldn't show up in the camera).
The cover sleeve is in Excellent condition - very slight price sticker stain on front cover (upper right) - barely visible; and light marks on back cover from handling matt paper (visible in close-up picture).
The inner picture sleeve is Excellent condition -  very early signs of edge wear just beginning.

An excellent copy of a hard to find record!
