Lathe cut records are cut manually, meaning the drop of the cutting needle is done by hand. This means that auto-players will not always track the beginning grooves. You may have to adjust your tonearm and counterweight to track properly, auto-players also may not reach the end of the 7 inch before auto returning or skipping.
