Disclaimer: I am no expert when it comes to grading records. I've got the Discogs "How To" pulled up and will do my best. I have sold a decent amount of vinyl with no complaints as of yet.
Record Grade: Near Mint (NM or M-) This record is in fantastic condition. No scratches and the labels look great.
Sleeve Grade: Excellent (EX) The outer sleeve still has the plastic wrap on it. The price tag on the front is stuck to the plastic wrap. There's a little corner / edge wear where the plastic wrap ends. The original inner sleeve is in very good condition as well. A hint of the bottom seam starting to split right in the center
