Great, Classic, Rock record from First American (album cover)/Picc-A-Dilly (discogs) and it's sealed! Ruff Cuts is the Lp by Diamond Reo. It came out in 1979. I'm starting it at a low minimum bid and no reserve. The cover is Mint, still sealed, with no cut-out marks, stickers, split seams or writing. The vinyl is Mint and has never been played.
